Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return an item for a refund. International returns are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the return tag still attached. If the item is in a different condition, we will be unable to accept the return.

Return shipping is to be sent at your own expense. We would recommend the item to be sent tracked and insured. We take NO responsibility if the returned item was to be lost by the courier. 

To start a return, please fill out the returns form included with your order and return the parcel to our return address on the returns form.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note as with any refund, it may take up to 5 working days to process back to your chosen payment method.
