Shipping policy
UK delivery;
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and we offer Special Delivery, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery options on all UK orders.
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day on working days, you will be able to find your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates, once shipped any delays are out of our control.
Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm: £9.35
Tracked 24: £4.20
Tracked 48: £3.40
INTERNATIONAL:
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and may differ from region to region.
For INTERNATIONAL orders only any relevant import tax and duties may be charged upon/before the parcel being delivered, this isn't our responsibility and is calculated by the country of delivery and usually paid directly to the courier.
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
- When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.
- To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@luxcentral.co.uk, we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled as it may have already been fulfilled, you can return your order in line with our returns policy.
